In order to set up a positive experience and expectations please ready the following prior to booking an appointment on line.
As a protective measure for you, our potential client, all new clients must complete an initial intake form at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
Upon receipt and review of the initial intake form we will follow up with
a) A link to access to your personal portal for Dr. Virginia Noy, where you will fill out the necessary demographic and consent forms in addition to paying for your session. Every session (a 50 minute session) is at a cost of $120.00 Dollars.
b) You will receive a call from our office to discuss your booking further and to make sure this is the best approach for you.
Note for New Patients
Telehealth by SimplePractice is the technology service we will use to conduct telehealth video conferencing appointments. It is simple to use and there are no passwords required to log in.
Telehealth by SimplePractice is NOT an Emergency Service and in the event of an emergency, you will use a phone to call 911.
All sessions and information provided (including credit card information) via Dr. Virginia Noy’s website are secure and abide by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA)*.
On the date of your appointment you will only have to access your portal and click on your personal link to start your appointment at the schedule time. In addition you will be able to:
View documents you have shared
See your statements, superbills, and invoices.
Book/cancel their appointments online with Online Booking.
Pay for your appointments.
All progress notes taken by your therapist will again be kept completely confidential and encrypted for your security.
