ENGINEERING & PERMITTING
Engineering and Permitting is a crucial part of any project. Without thoughtful planning and careful execution, timetables can slip and costs can spiral.
Our engineering & permitting process is as follows:
We begin by performing an Engineering Study of wind-loads to ensure we provide you with the correct products for the job. Wind pressure for both, a small residential home and a 30 story building are not the same.

Once your wind-load study is complete, we begin your project drawings for you to view and approve. Project drawings include drawings of your home including your new windows, doors, and railings.
Upon approval of your project drawings, we will submit your permit package which include all the necessary paperwork and applications needed to get the project started, inspected, approved, and finalized.
